Amazon Kindle Fire HD L2TP VPN
Note: The L2TP connection is only available on the Kindle Fire HD and HDX devices 2nd generation and after.
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see the quick settings icons and tap "Wireless".
2. Tap "VPN".
3. In the VPN settings tap "Add a VPN Profile".
4. Enter any name like "Cienen" as "Name". For "Type" select "L2TP/IPSec PSK". Enter the server address in the "server address" field and enter the Pre-Shared Key in the "IPSec pre-shared key" field. After that tap "Save" button.
5. Your VPN profile should be saved and will appear on the VPN screen. Tap on the profile to connect the VPN.
6. When it starts connecting, you will be asked for your Username and Password. Then enter your VPN account username and password. If you wish to save your credentials, so you do not have to re-enter it every time you connect, check "Save account information" box and tap "Connect".
